Miter Saw Flip-Top Workbench with a Table Saw | Plans in Imperial and Metric
Miter Saw Flip-Top Workbench with a Table Saw | Plans in Imperial and Metric
This is a Step-by-step digital plan for a workbench with a unique flip-top design for a miter saw. It also has room for an integrated table saw. The plans are just as easy to follow as building Lego. 78 steps from start to finish with almost no text.
The miter saw flip top has unique adjustment screws that allow you to set the height and tilt of the miter saw to get it perfectly level and flush with the rest of the workbench. The flip-top can hold most normal-sized miter saws.
The workbench size is based on a full-size US (8′x4′) or EU (2400x1200mm) plywood sheet, but it can be significantly reduced if there is a lack of available space. The purchase includes two separate plans, one made with imperial units designed for US standards lumber sizes and one with metric units for standard EU lumber sizes.
It's easy to adapt the workbench to your needs; there are plenty of open spaces for adding extra features like a router table, bench dog holes, a dust extraction system, shelves, cabinets, and much more.
The workbench is designed for a DEWALT DWE7485-QS table saw but can easily be modified to fit any table saw.
