Hello! My name is Kenny, and I'm the owner of the Desire to Inspire Store, where we sell digital plans for woodworking.

It all started back in 2022, after I made a successful YouTube video where I built a workbench with some special features built into it. Many were asking for plans for the workbench, so I tried to make it. It took a very long time to make my first plan. Nearly a year later, I had finally finished the plans and started to sell it on Etsy.com. It became an instant hit, with only positive reviews.

Now, about one year later, more projects have finished and some new plans have been added, and I felt the need to create my own webstore to get even more personal with my customers, and here we are.

The woodworking plans

The reason why our plans are so well-endorsed is because of how simple they are to understand. They have taken a great deal of inspiration from how Lego and IKEA design their instruction manuals. The plans take the user step-by-step through the instructions until the whole project is finished. Another big thing that separates our plans from others is the lack of text. We try to add as little text as possible and are instead focusing on highly detailed images with arrows and icons to do all the talking. All plans also have a YouTube video attached to them where I build them, so if you ever get stuck in the building, I'm right there to show you how it's done!

The future

It's looking bright! Many new ideas are in the making, and we can't wait to share them with all of you!
